So, during my adventures on Arma 2 evo life, I was holding my gang's area. Two guys, one name Lord Munkereen and I think the other guy was named Joshua were in another gang and came into the gang area. Meanwhile a temp friendly gang member (only in it to buy guns) was going to get a gun while I was on a rooftop watching Lord and Josh, when the guy pulls in with his car, Lord pulls out his FN Fal and starts to tries and shoot my guy, I say get on the ground in local chat, and when they continued to fire, I shot Lord with a Lee Enfield and killed him while he was unconscious, Joshua flees the area w/o a car since they pulled up into my view. Later in the game, about less than 15 minutes, Lord comes back to pick up his stuff, without asking for my permission and also breaking NLR (New Life Rule, for those who don't know) for coming back to the scene of his death and getting his stuff. I knocked him out by shooting him again, and said he was breaking NLR in side, then a staff (the HoS ((Head of Staff in this case)) too) said that he was allowed to get his stuff (which is absolute bull if I may add) and that I technically RDMed him, Lord then said that I was lucky that he was a good guy and the issue was ended there. If I may also add, you aren't a "good guy" if you say something like or exactly like what Lord said, you are just an asshole. Also, I looked on the server's forums, it doesn't go into depth on what they think is the standard NLR, copied from their forums:
New Life Rule (NLR)
New Life
Being killed by another player or AI
No New Life
Crashing, disconnecting, respawning, anything that does not directly involve another player or AI
Basically the person who wrote the rules thought everyone had a single mindset on NLR and was too lazy to go into depth.
